Dr. Lombardo’s vision is simple: Everyone can have a beautiful smile. Great smiles transform lives, they make people feel great about themselves, they project self-confidence and lead to happier, healthier lives.
With this vision, Dr. Lombardo created Diamond Dental Service in 2013 in order to improve the lives of all her patients. She invests in the latest technology, the best equipment, and the highest level of ongoing training to make sure everyone who visits her office leaves a happier, healthier person.
Dr. Lombardo completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola University Chicago and went on to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery and a second Bachelor of Science in Dentistry from the prestigious
University of Illinois College of Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Lombardo distinguished herself by receiving the Dr. Jerry F. Balaty award for Operative Excellence.
Dr. Lombardo believes strongly in continuing education and has completed extensive training in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, sleep apnea, snoring and orthodontic procedures. Dr. Lombardo holds certificates from the American Academy of Clear Aligners and from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

Anabel is the lead hygienist at Diamond Dental Service. After starting her career as a dental assistant, Anabel earned her hygiene degree from Harper College and has been delighting patients ever since. In addition to her always-cheerful personality, Anabel brings the highest level of patient care to the office every day. When she is not treating patients, Anabel takes frequent continuing education courses to remain at the forefront of the hygiene field. Anabel is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and is a volunteer at Little City School, the Boys and Girls Club of Elgin, and Willow Creek Community Church.

Karin is the kind voice you may hear when calling our office, and the friendly face you will see when you visit us. A Milwaukee native and graduate of Marquette University, Karin spent 17 years as a hygienist before moving to Lake Zurich in 2019 when she joined Diamond Dental Service as one of our terrific patient coordinators. When she is not making every patient’s day a little brighter, Karin enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and two sons.
